One legal battle that had undergone recently against county officials in court on Thursday had been lost by a group of former beach concessionaires.Their request for a temporary injunction had been denied by the judge seeing to the matter. This particular injunction would have forced county officials to give the vendors' sandy business spots back, until their lawsuit had been resolved against the officials.
The thing that gets me all of the times is, why do they always let the rich try to stop the poor from becoming a bit better off?
